Who Are We

The heart of Right Start beats through our dedicated team of servants who believe that true leadership means putting others first. Guided by Luke 22:26, where Jesus taught that “the one who is the greatest among you must become like the youngest, and the leader like the servant,” our staff and volunteers approach every child, family, and community with humility and genuine care. We don’t see ourselves as heroes, but as fellow travelers walking alongside the families we serve, believing that when we serve from a place of love and humility, we create the safe, nurturing environment where God-given potential can truly flourish.
